For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the pre-filters every 6-12 months and the RO membrane every 2-4 years, depending on your local water quality and usage.
Can I install the water filtration system myself?
Yes, our systems are designed for DIY installation. Each kit includes a detailed instruction manual and color-coded tubing to help you complete the setup in about an hour.
What is your return policy for water systems?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the system in its original packaging for a refund, minus shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within the United States and Canada. For other international regions, please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.
