  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our facility.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging including all filters, components, and manuals to ensure the product is protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier to send the package to our returns department, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the box.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned system for completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
